Important Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal:
- In accordance with Section 18(1) FAGG, there is no right of cancellation or withdrawal for contracts concerning goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g. cakes, baked goods, etc.) or goods made to customer specifications.
- A withdrawal via this form is therefore only possible for unopened, shelf-stable goods (e.g. candles, pre-made cake toppers, etc.) within the statutory withdrawal and cancellation period of 14 days.
