A day full of memories:

In the morning, of course, nothing goes according to plan.
The shoes are somewhere in the hallway, the hair is doing its own thing and the baby is resplendent in his best outfit – with a stain, of course.
But no matter. Only one thing counts today: It’s the baby’s day.

In church, people whisper, giggle and pull out their handkerchiefs.
The moment when the water touches your forehead – quiet, beautiful, real.
