Revocation, Refunds & Returns

You surely know that you have a particula right to cancel your purchases in online shops (but also for orders via the phone or email) (this is your right of revocation).
In general, you can revocate from purchases made on the Internet within 14 days of the purchase contract by notifying the seller of your cancellation. This declaration of revocation is not bound to any particular form. You can send the revocation by letter, email or contact form – the main thing is that your revocation is submitted in good time.

But there are exceptions: You have no right of revocation for the majority of our products.

Now you are probably asking yourself: “Why are you explaining this to me? And why do I have no right of revocation? ”

Quite simply: we are obliged to inform you about your right of revocation. And it is important to us that you understand why there is no right of revocation for the majority of our products.

For which products do you now have no right of revocation?

You have no right of revocation for:

  • Products that are specially made for you after ordering
  • Products that perish easily or whose expiration date is reached quickly
  • Products that have been sealed but are unsuitable for returns due to hygiene and food safety

This generally applies to all processed foods (e.g. cakes, tarts, chocolates, etc.) in our online shop that have not been mechanically sealed (e.g. as with bottles).

The characteristics of our products are the cause that you have no right of revocation.

If something is unclear to you: We will be happy to clarify with you in individual cases when you are entitled to revocate and what the best way is to rescind the purchase contract. The best thing is to write us an email and give us your order details (order number, order date, etc.) so that we can help you as soon as possible.

Details on the revocation (consequences of the revocation, exceptions, etc.) can be found in our general terms and conditions from point 13.
